Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Welcome to Music Pro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Music Pro (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website (musicpro.app), cloud tools, desktop software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing credits, downloading software, or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility and account registration
To use Music Pro, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are using the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may register for an account using your email address (via single-use magic link) or via Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent system restrictions or unfairly accumulate promotional bonuses is strictly prohibited.
2. Prepaid credits system
Music Pro operates a usage-based credit model for cloud tools:
- Nature of credits: Credits are prepaid digital usage units purchased solely to execute computational operations and generate outputs in Music Pro web tools. Credits do not constitute legal tender, currency, money, stored value, or a financial deposit of any kind, and they do not earn interest.
- Credits never expire: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains open and in good standing.
- Non-transferable: Credits are tied exclusively to the individual account through which they were purchased and cannot be transferred, gifted, exchanged, or resold to any other user or account.
- Credit consumption: Cloud tools consume a specified number of credits per execution (for example, 10 credits per tool run), as clearly indicated in the interface and pricing schedules. Deductions are validated and recorded authoritatively on our server-side ledger.
- Automated failed-run credit return: If an automated tool execution fails to complete or terminates abnormally due to a platform or server error before producing its intended output, the credits deducted for that operation will be automatically reversed and returned to your account balance.
- Refunds: Because credits are digital usage units credited immediately to your balance for on-demand use, all credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. Billing and payments
All purchases of credit packs are processed securely through our third-party payment processors, Polar and Payhip. By initiating a purchase, you authorize the processor to charge your designated payment method for the total amount in United States Dollars (USD), including applicable sales taxes, VAT, or local duties.
We do not store or process your credit card numbers on our servers. Prices for credit packs are subject to change; however, any price changes will only apply to future purchases and will not affect credits already in your balance.
4. Standalone desktop software and licenses
Certain Music Pro tools (such as MIDIGEN desktop edition) may be offered as standalone downloadable applications with lifetime access licenses:
- Trials: Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases with no free trial; try the free apps, demos and videos first to verify functionality on your hardware and setup. The All Access subscription starts with a 2-day free trial (card required); cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
- Compatibility responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your computer hardware, operating system version, Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), audio drivers, and MIDI hardware are compatible with our software before purchasing a license.
- License grant: When you purchase a software license, Music Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software for your own creative and commercial production workflows, subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property and your rights to content
- Your creative content and output: You retain 100% of all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in the audio recordings, stems, MIDI files, musical compositions, and creative works that you input into or generate with Music Pro tools. Music Pro claims no ownership over your creative output, and you are free to exploit, distribute, release, and monetize your generated music without royalties or restrictions from us.
- Music Pro intellectual property: All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property in the Music Pro Services — including software code, user interfaces, designs, algorithms, logos, trademarks, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Music Pro and its licensors.
6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or model weights from our software or web tools.
- Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or unauthorized scripts to access the Services or bypass rate limiting.
- Exploiting promotional credits or trial bonuses through multi-account creation or automated registration.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or security of our networks, servers, or database systems.
- Uploading files that contain viruses, worms, malware, or other malicious payloads.
- Using the Services in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law, or infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or abused system resources.
Upon termination for cause, your right to access the Services will cease immediately, and any unspent promotional credits will be forfeited. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@musicpro.app.
8. Disclaimers of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MUSIC PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MUSIC PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MUSIC PRO’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MUSIC PRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Music Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our team at support@musicpro.app.
11. Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted signifies your agreement to the revised Terms.
